This district has an actual center, and sooner or later everyone ends up at the main square — you're already drifting that way whether you plan to or not. Getting lost among the old caravanserais is still, somehow, the shortest route home. Climb up to the hilltop park, take in the city from above, then head back down and get swallowed by the crowd again — once this district has you, it doesn't let go easily. Can't decide?
